PRESS CENTER

On 26 May 2019, day of the European Parliament elections in Cyprus, the Press and Information Office (PIO) will operate as the Press Center and the Office of the Chief Returning Officer, in order to facilitate local and foreign media representatives.

At the PIO Press Center, the Chief Returning Officer will be making statements to the press and the official announcements of the Central Election Service of the Ministry of Interior will be issued.

Facilities to be provided to all media representatives at the Press Center include:

• Hıgh Speed Wi-Fi connection;
• printers;
• telephone and fax lines;
• xerox machine;
• TV monitors.

Press and Information Officers will be available to assist media representatives and foreign correspondents at all times throughout the operation of the Press Center.
