Voting process ends - turnout at 42,8%

The Chief Returning Officer, Mr Kypros Kyprianou, announces that the voting process at all polling stations, both in the Republic and abroad, has ended normally and the sorting and counting of votes has begun under the supervision of the presiding officers.

According to the existing data, it is estimated that approximately 42,8% of the total of the registered electors has voted.
